By placing an order and purchasing goods from Go Green Bags you enter into a legally binding agreement with the Company. Our standard terms and conditions are as detailed below. Our Environmental Policy forms an integral part of our business practice and is also available to view on-line.

At Go Green Bags we are committed to helping you to encourage recycling and change our culture towards the use of throw away plastic bags. We are very happy to share our thoughts and findings with you by way of information sheets, but you should note that information and materials published or otherwise provided contain the personal views of Go Green Bags Company Ltd. They are for general information only and are not intended to be relied upon as specific advice or recommendations in relation to any transaction you may enter or otherwise. Any information given is not to be construed as professional, technical or expert advice. It is supplied with the intention to provide background only. Such information Is subject to the usual uncertainties of any research and as a result may not be accurate, current or complete.

ORDERS
Go Green Bags shall sell and the Buyer shall purchase the goods in accordance with any quotation which is accepted by the Buyer, or any order of the Buyer which is accepted by Go Green Bags
No order which has been accepted by Go Green Bags may be cancelled by the Buyer except with the agreement in writing of the Company on the terms that the Buyer shall indemnify Go Green Bags in full against all loss (including loss of profit), costs (including the cost of all labour and materials used), damages, charges and expenses incurred by the Company as a result of cancellation.
Pricing & Quotations
The price is exclusive of any applicable value added tax excise, sales or taxes or levies of a similar nature which are imposed or charged by any competent fiscal authority in respect of the Goods, which the Buyer shall be additionally liable to pay to Go Green Bags. We reserve the right at any time to revise prices to account for any increases in costs including the increase or imposition of any duty, tax, levy or exchange rate variation. We will take all reasonable steps to notify you of any relevant revision of prices before processing your order.
Where Go Green Bags has quoted a price for the Goods, the price quoted shall be valid for 14 days only or such lesser time as specified.
Prices exclude delivery, which is charged as incurred by Go Green Bags – see Delivery.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the website for stock and small order quantities are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order.
Payment
The Buyer will pay for Goods in accordance with the details agreed in writing at the time of order. Unless otherwise specified, for own logo/custom orders Go Green Bags terms require a deposit of 40% of the total order value to be paid at the time of placing the order. The remainder will be due for payment on or before the delivery date of the Goods. Stock purchases are payable in full at point of sale. Website orders are processed via Paypal and are subject to Paypal’s terms and conditions.
Description of product
Go Green Bags are made from non-woven polypropylene (NWPP). Our base quote is for 80mg fabric. We can offer fabric up to 120mg and as low as 60mg. (for specialist items) on request. We include a baseboard as standard, unless the style of bag does not merit the inclusion. We will work with you to help design the style and shape of bag suitable for your needs, but make no warranty as to the adequacy or appropriateness of the finished product for your purpose.
The customer is responsible for checking all proofs/artwork (including accuracy and layout)/specifications and for approving such items within the timeframes required by us to meet production/delivery deadlines.
Products meet current industry standards. Size, gauge, quantity, print position and print quality are subject to tolerances within +/- 10%. Colour (ink and film) may vary within industry tolerances. Every effort will be made to supply products of the quality of samples submitted/quoted for but exact matches to samples or previous orders CANNOT be guaranteed.
DELIVERY
Stock Items
Where the product is in stock we will endeavour to send it out within 1-2 days.
Sample/starter packs will be sent by Royal Mail standard parcel or second class delivery.
Boxes of 100 bags will be sent by Courier for next day delivery and a signature may be required.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your unused purchase for refund or replacement within 30 days of the original shipment date. You may want to insure your return as we can't be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Custom/Own Logo bags
As part of our environmental policy we do not “ship air”. Orders are therefore amalgamated until we have a full container. Our preferred method of delivery to the UK is by sea to reduce environmental impact (in exceptional circumstances, we can use air freight, but this will incur a substantial premium).
Orders will normally take up to 12 weeks from confirmation to delivery. The Delivery Date is approximate only and time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed, in writing, by Go Green Bags Company Ltd.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made by the Go Green Bags delivering the goods to the place in the United Kingdom specified in the Buyer's order. Special arrangements may be made in advance for deliveries to be split between different locations, but will incur additional delivery costs. Alternatively the Buyer may arrange to collect the goods from our warehouse in Fife, or from the docks in Southampton, and save delivery costs.
UK delivery charges are as incurred by Go Green Bags and we keep these under constant review to ensure we are delivering best available service to our customers.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or any contract between the Customer and Go Green Bags Company Ltd., then you agree to attempt to settle the dispute by engaging in good faith with us in a process of mediation before commencing arbitration or litigation.
Force majeure
Go Green Bags are not liable for any breach of our obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.
Property rights
All trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the materials on this Web site (as well as the organisation and layout of this Web site) are owned by Go Green Bags Company Ltd.. Without Our prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, alter, publish, broadcast, distribute, sell or transfer any material on this Web site in whole or in part. However, the contents of this Web site may be downloaded, printed or copied for your personal non-commercial use
